Stress Awareness Workshop (R 450.00 per delegate RSA ONLY!)

A two hour workshop presented by Craig in your office or other venue of your choice. The workshop includes an e-mail PDF of the Stress Awareness Workbook.

The preferred number of delegates per course is 20. We however will tailor the presentation format to suit you and your business style. Please contact us to discuss other options!

The three standard presentation options are:

Option 1:

Craig presents at your office or other facility of your choice.

Cost ZAR 450.00 per delegate for Gauteng area.

Option 2:

Groups from 1 to 30 delegates come to Hoogland Health Hydro on a Wednesday evening. Delegates need to arrive by 17h00. A light vegetarian dinner is served at 18h00 and the course presented from 19h15 to around 21h15. Delegates need to leave by 22h00.

Cost ZAR 450.00 per delegate

Presentations outside of Johannesburg will be undertaken, as long as it is economically viable for all parties. Please contact us to discuss this further. We have presented this course to delegates in Zambia and Mauritius!
